What is ‘My Gallery’?
My Gallery is eFrame's way of making shopping easier! Use My Gallery to save your favorite pieces, keep track of favorite photographers and continue to build your desired collection. My Gallery is not public, and serves as a way to keep growing your wish list.
What is the procedure for returns?
Our return process is simple and easy. Within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase, submit a request for return on our returns page. Include your email address, name, address, original invoice/transaction number and date, and details of the item to be returned. Save the original packaging. Repackage the item to be returned in its original box and include inside a copy of your return authorization. Photographs and/or frames that are returned in non-saleable condition will not be refunded.
Do you ship internationally?
We are pleased to offer shipping to any destination in the world. Artwork may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees. Please consult your local customs office for more information on duties and taxes. Additional shipping fees will apply.
May I apply multiple discounts to the same order?
You may use one promotional offer or coupon per order. Coupons may not be combined with gift cards. Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to orders once they have been confirmed.
How long is shipping time?
It typically takes 5-7 days for an item to leave our facility. This does not include transit time from our facility to the final destination.
May I return a fine art photographic print and/or frame?
We offer a seven-day money back guarantee on all artwork. If you return any item within seven days of receiving your order, you will receive a refund on the purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee. You must use the original packaging for return shipping. Return shipping at buyers cost. All returns must be received in saleable condition to receive refund.
